How to pay the registration fee
The registration fee should be paid as follows:

Payment of the registration fee for categories that require proof will only be released after validation of one of the following supporting documents:
*Students / Residents / Pos doc / Fellow: Declaration of enrollment or attendance signed and stamped by the educational institution; Updated student card (front and back); Paid monthly payment slip for the current semester of the educational institution.*
Withdrawal and Refund
• If the participant provides a reason for cancellation, the paid fees will be refunded up to 45 days after the date of the event.
• Refunds will be paid according to the following criteria:

Participants who pay their registration fee and subsequently receive laboratory sponsorship or some kind of courtesy will be subject to the “no justification” refund rule, that is, only 50% of the amount already paid may be refunded.
